Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions of use for daycolor (daycolor.day, the "Service"), and the rights and obligations between the operator and users.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service calculates a saju (Four Pillars) chart from the birth date and time you enter, and visualizes it through images, short readings, and classical verse (such as the Jiaoshi Yilin 焦氏易林). It is a cultural, artistic, and entertainment service. The Service does not aim to be "the place that gives you the answer" — rather, it offers one coordinate for you to think with, on your own.

Important — The interpretations, verses, and images the Service provides are for reference and enjoyment, and are not professional advice in medicine, law, finance, or psychology. Please make important decisions based on your own judgment, with the help of a qualified professional where needed.

3. Conditions of Use

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If any feature becomes paid in the future, this will be announced in advance.
You may use the Service freely, within the bounds of applicable law and these Terms.
Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (excessive automated requests, reverse-engineering to infringe on the Service, disrupting its systems, etc.) are prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights to the software, images, copy, interpretive text, and data structures that make up the Service belong to the operator or to their rightful holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these without authorization.

However, saving your own chart and its results for personal use, or pasting them into another tool (such as an AI service), is normal use consistent with the intent of the Service, and is permitted.

5. Disclaimer

The interpretations, verses, and images provided by the Service are for entertainment and reference; their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose is not guaranteed.
The operator is not liable for decisions you make in reliance on the Service's content, or for any resulting outcomes.
The operator is not liable for service interruptions or errors caused by force majeure, network failures, or issues with external infrastructure (hosting, CDN, etc.), except where caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from use of the Service follows the procedures and jurisdiction set out by applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised as needed, and any revision will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after a revision is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
